Spahr Library and Machine Shop

KU Mechanical Engineering maintains state-of-the-art educational and research facilities. Educational facilities include multimedia classrooms, a computer laboratory, an instrumentation laboratory, and a well-equipped machine shop. The department faculty members maintain many research laboratories with modern materials testing equipment, custom testing equipment, and imaging equipment such as X-ray and magnetic resonance imaging.

Monday & Wednesday, 8:30am - Noon & 1pm - 4:30pm

Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday, 8:30am - Noon & 1pm - 10pm (budget permitting)

Saturday, 9am to 3pm (budget permitting)
